Privacy
We collect the minimum necessary and nothing more. This page explains what data we use, why, and what we never do.
Donor location
We use your IP to suggest your country and region approximately. You confirm or correct your residence; the manual value always prevails.
Exact coordinates are not stored: only country and subdivision (for example, "Florida, United States"), along with the source and confirmation date. There is no background location tracking.
Contact data
Email and phone are optional and requested only when needed (for example, to coordinate volunteering). Email, SMS, and WhatsApp consents are separate and never pre-checked.
You can delete your profile, download your data, and cancel communications at any time.
Affected people
Affected people are not advertising content. No beneficiary data enabling unnecessary location or identification is published, and every image or testimony requires consent.
What we never do
We do not sell data. We do not use behavioral advertising. We do not store card data (contributions happen on each organization’s official channel).
