Governance

Credibility is the product. This page explains who decides, under which rules, and how conflicts of interest are controlled.

Team and board

Operations are organized into separate functions: response direction, humanitarian operations, legal and compliance, verification, finance and audit, security, product, and community.

An independent board with humanitarian, legal, financial, technological, and community experience oversees material decisions. Its members will be published on this page.

Separation of duties

The same person cannot simultaneously complete legal verification, financial verification, and final approval of a medium- or high-risk organization.

Any change of account, wallet, domain, or representative opens a new verification and suspends the related publication until revalidated.

Neutrality

Prioritization is humanitarian: no partisan, religious, or corporate propaganda. No payment is accepted for priority, seals, approval, or placement.

The platform does not replace UNGRD, the Red Cross, local authorities, or emergency services, and does not imply government endorsement without a written agreement.

Conflicts of interest and reporting

Team members publicly declare their conflicts of interest. An independent reporting channel exists, linked to every need and organization.
